建筑产品指令简介
一、适用范围 (Field of application)
For the purposes of this Directive, 'construction product' means any product which is produced for incorporation in a permanent manner in construction works, including both buildings and civil engineering works.
本指令之营建产品是指任何永久合并于营建工程而制造的产品，营建工程包括建筑及土木工程
二、基本要求 (Essential Requirement)
For a certain product, one , some or all of these essential requirements may apply:
1. Mechanical resistance and stability 产品机械性抗力和稳定性
2. Safety in case of fire 防火性
3. Hygiene, health and the environment 卫生健康及环境要求
4. Safety in use 使用安全
5. Protection against noise 噪音防止
6. Energy economy and heat retention 能源效益与保温

Ø Fire detection and fire alarm systems, fixed firefighting systems, smoke and heat control systems and explosion prevention and protection systems
Ø Prefabricated stair kits ( including: steps, landings, handrails, barriers/balustrades, fixing elements, coverings, etc.)
四、CE标志 (CE Mark)
1. Who is responsible to affix the CE marking?
a.The manufacturer or
b. his agent established in the Community
2. Where to affix?
a. on the product itself
b. on a label attached to it
c. its packaging
d. the accompanying commercial documents.
3. content of the CE mark
the name or identifying mark of the producer,
indications to identify the characteristics of the product, where appropriate to technical specifications,
the last two digits of the year of manufacture
the identification symbol of the inspection body involved
the number of the EC certificate of conformity.
五、符合性证明 Attestation of Conformity
1. Verification and control activities:
a. initial type-testing
b. periodical control tests
c. realization of a FPC syste
d. FPC approval and surveillance
2. Systems of conformity attestation are identified by :
1, 1+, 2, 2+, 3, 4
Remark:Conformity declaration is always required
